How to Apply Tooth Mousse Plus

1.       Squeeze pea sized amount of crème onto finger, cotton bud or custom made trays.

2.       Rub gently onto teeth and gums and leave for 3 minutes.  If using trays follow the instructions of your dental professional.

3.       The crème will encourage saliva flow, after the 3 minutes spit out the excess saliva and crème & use tongue to spread the residual crème around.

4.       Do not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes after application.

When to Apply

For most patients  the tooth mousse plus should be applied before bed after cleaning your teeth.  This will allow the calcium, phosphate & fluoride to be available to your teeth all night long.
